We also take steps to safeguard customer information. We restrict access to the personal and account information of our customers to those employees who need to know that information in the course of their job responsibilities.

Mortgage files are kept for a period of 3 years or as required by state and federal law. After 3 years Old and obsolete files, information and records are destroyed in a responsible secure manner. Electronic information is deleted and purged using U.S. Government standard level seven shredder technologies when ever possible.

This Privacy Policy applies to products or services provided by Fortune Mortgage Corporation used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes (not for business purposes). We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy, and any of the policies described above, at any time.
